To disable IPX/SPX
Note Do not disable this protocol if Windows 95 or Windows NT clients will
be printing to the printer.
1 Press I
TEM
until IPX/SPX=ON * appears.
2 Press V
ALUE
to change to IPX/SPX=OFF.
3 Press S
ELECT
to save the new status. IPX/SPX=OFF * appears.
4 To disable another protocol, find the appropriate section.

Press G
O
to return the printer to the READY state.
To disable DLC/LLC
1 Press I
TEM
until DLC/LLC=ON * displays.
2 Press V
ALUE
to change to DLC/LLC=OFF.
3 Press S
ELECT
to save the new status. DLC/LLC=OFF * displays.
4 To disable another protocol, find the appropriate section.

Press G
O
to return the printer to the READY state.
To disable TCP/IP
1 Press I
TEM
until TCP/IP=ON * displays.
2 Press V
ALUE
to change to TCP/IP=OFF.
3 Press S
ELECT
to save the new status. TCP/IP=OFF * displays.
