Clearing Jams in the Rear Door Areas
WARNING!
Do not touch the fuser: it is hot and could
cause burns! The fuser’s operating
temperature is 190° C (374° F). Wait 30
minutes to allow the fuser to cool down
before working in this area.

If the duplex printing accessory is
installed, open the rear duplex cover.

Open the upper rear door.

Inspect the upper paper path area
inside the rear door and remove any
jammed or torn media.

Open the fuser door and remove any
jammed media.
