Bit Positions (#) = Reduction
0 0.5 X dimension
1 0.5 Y dimension
2 - 7 reserved
= Expansion
8 1.5 X dimension
9 1.5 Y dimension
10 2 X dimension
11 2 Y dimension
12 - 15 reserved
