PARTY RIGHTS. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HISENSE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY,

LOSS OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH, ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED IN,
OR AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE DEVICE, OR ANY CONTENT OR SERVICE ACCESSED BY YOU OR
ANY THIRD PARTY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGES. IF THE LAW OF
A PARTICULAR JURISDICTION DOES NOT PERMIT HISENSE TO EXCLUDE WARRANTIES AS CONTAINED
HEREIN, THEN HISENSE SHALL BE READ TO PERMIT HISENSE TO LIMIT AND EXCLUDE ANY SUCH
WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT AS PERMITTED BY THE LAW.
