Setting from a Web Browser
Register users into this device using a web browser.
NOTE: The network configuration for this device must be done before performing this setting.
Contact your system administrator.
This function is not available during scanning. Verify that the scanner function is not in use before
configuring.

Start Internet Explorer or another web browser.

Input the device’s IP address into the
web browser’s address bar and press
the Enter key on the your keyboard.
NOTE: Check with your administrator for the device IP address.
Please note that the IP address set for scanning functionality and the IP address set for printing
functionality are different.

Click on Sender List.

Click on the number of the Sender
(User) List to register.

Input the Registration Name, Address
of Address Book installed PC, and
Save Number.
