3. Sending/Receiving format is same as MM5100 but modem should only
pass the message to host.

<call_back>: Callback number
<user_data>: Message
With this option set the message appear as below. No other information is
displayed. Only user data is passed to the host. Even User Data before the
message is not displayed.
With Option 3 set.
