Storage, files, and backup
Surface RT comes in two storage configurations: 32 GB and 64 GB. Surface Pro comes in 64 GB and 128 GB.
How much local storage space do I have?
To see how much storage space you have available:
1. Open the Settings charm, tap or click Change PC settings.
2. Tap or click General.
Scroll down to Available storage, to see how much storage space you have. You can tap or click View app
sizes to see how much space each app is taking.

Surface storage options
In addition to the internal storage included with your Surface, there are a few additional storage options:
Removable storage options such as a USB flash drive or microSD memory card.
Cloud storage (SkyDrive).
Another computer on your network. You can open and save files on other computers on your network.
