4 Grasp the tab on the left end of the
fusing unit cover, and then swing
the cover toward you to open it.
5 Pull out any paper caught in the
fusing unit.
❍ If the paper is caught as
described below, contact your
technical representative:
The paper is wrapped around
the fusing unit.
The paper is folded or shredded
by the fusing unit.
The paper that was removed tore and remains n the fusing unit.
6 Grasp the tab on the left end of the
fusing unit cover, and then return
the cover to its original position.
7 Close the upper right-side door.
8 Close the right-side door.
