Operating recorder in Audible mode
The operating method on the recorder is different in the Audible mode when the [Audible]
folder or Audible file is selected, then while in the Normal mode.

Forwarding
Press and hold the 9 button while the
recorder is stopped.
➥ When the button is released fast
f
orwarding stops. The Playback
Position is not updated. When the
`OK button is pressed playback
resumes from that position.
Press and hold the 9 button while
playing a file.

hen you release the 9
button
the recorder will resume normal
playback.

f the starting position of a section (☞
P.173) and the playback position are in the
middle of a le, the recorder stops at that
position.

W
hen the 9 button is held down while
the recorder is stopped, the recorder
moves to the end of the le and then
stops.

f t
he 9 button is still held down,
the recorder moves to the next le and
continues fast forwarding from the
beginning of the le. After fast forward
reaches the end of the last le, the
recorder stops at the beginning of the last
le.

W
hen the 9 button is held down
during playback and the end of the le
is reached, the recorder goes back to the
beginning of the le and stops.
Rewinding
Press and hold the 0 button while the
recorder is stopped.
➥ When the button is released fast
r
ewinding stops. The Playback Position
is not updated. When the `OK button
is pressed playback resumes from that
position.
Press and hold the 0 button while playing
a file.

When the button is released playback
resumes from that position.
• If the starting position of a section (☞
P.173) and the playback position are in the

the recorder is stopped, the recorder
returns to the beginning of the le and
then stops. If the 0 button is still held
down, the recorder moves back to the
end of the previous le and continues fast
rewinding.

hen the 0 button is held down
during playback and the recorder reaches
the beginning of the le, the recorder
starts playback from the beginning of that
le.

I
f the 0 button is kept pressed while
the recorder is stopped at the start of
the top le, the recorder will fast rewind
starting from the end of the last le.
