Nothing appears on
the display
The battery is not loaded properly.
Check the direction of the battery
( P.22).
Battery power is getting low.
Charge the battery ( P.22 to P.26).
The power is off.
Turn the power on ( P.27).

Battery power is getting low.
Replace with new battery ( P.22 to
P.26).
The power is off.
Turn the power on ( P.27).
The recorder is in HOLD mode.
Release the recorder from HOLD ( P.28).
Unable to record
Low remaining memory.
Erase unnecessary files ( P.61).
The maximum number of files has
been reached.
Change to the another folder
( P.33 to P.39).

The earphone is connected.
Unplug the earphones to use the
internal speaker.
The volume level is set to [00].
Adjust the volume level ( P.47).
The recording level has not been
