When the sense leads are disconnected, the power supply

mode, as the V and S terminals are internally interconnected via resistors. Yet you are

ly recommended to interconnect the V and S terminals with the straps if you
use the local sense mode, as open sense inputs are sensitive to noise. Moreover, the
output specifications are not

uaranteed when the sense terminals are open.
