5.5 Securing the Cables to the TLS
Two adhesive backed cable tie mounts and Velcro
®
style cable ties are provided to se-
cure the interconnect cables to be secured to the rear of the TLS. Make sure to insert
the cable ties into the tie mounts before attaching the mounts to the library. See
Figure 5-6 for an example of the cables secured to the rear of the TLS.

5.6 Initializing the Fibre Channel Option
After attaching all of the interconnect cables from the Fibre Channel Option to the li-
brary, disconnect (if connected) the Fibre Channel Option from the FC host or Hub to
avoid affecting any operational systems.
