1-14 Batch Transmission
2.
With batch transmission, if your machine sends a message from memory to a certain location, and if
there are any other messages stored in the memory for that location, they will be sent on the same call.
This will cut your telephone charges.
If you wish to disable this function, please contact your service representative.
Notes:
1. No more than 5 messages can be sent in one batch.
2. Batch transmission is only possible if the other end was dialed as a Quick Dial key
or Speed Dial Code.
1-15 A3 [1 1.7”] width Transmission
If the machine at theotherend has A3 [1 1.7”] width printer paper, and if you send a document between
10.1” and 11.7” wide, your machine will send the message without reducing its width.
This feature means that the message will be reproduced clearly at the other end. Some fax machines
cannot send wide fax messages in this way.
