5 PROGRAMMING AND PRINTING REPORTS
2-2 Error Report
When a problem occurs during transmission or reception, this report is automatically printed.
Check the report and retransmit those pages that were not sent. For pages not received, contact the
remote location and request a retransmission.
Keep these reports as they may be useful for a service technician.
Error report output can be enabled or disabled by a service technician.
The following report means that the machine sent four pages but there were errors during the first two
pages.

2-3 Transmission Report
If Function 56isswitched on, the transmission report will be printed when a transmission is successful.
The format of the report is similar to that of the error report, except for the error message.
