Confirming the Transmission
When the last page of
your document has been
0 1 - 2 5 - 9 6 1 2 : 4 5
sent successfully, the
machine beeps and the
LCD will show “OK” and
returns to standby mode.

If something went wrong during
your fax transmission, an error message
appears in the LCD. For a listing of LCD
error messages and their meanings, see
page 5.4.
If you receive an error message, press
STOP to clear the message, and try to
send the document again. For more
information about cancelling
transmission, see below.
You can set your machine to print a
confirmation report automatically. For
more information, see pages 4.12.
Cancelling Transmission

Press STOP at any time
to cancel transmission.
The fax transmission is
cancelled and the machine
