If you open the participant list, you'll see a number next to your name. This number indicates the
delay (in seconds) between the presenter's desktop and your computer.
If your computer is more than 10 seconds behind the presenter's, the participant list button turns
red
.
If your computer continues to lag behind the conference, you and the conference's presenter can
take steps to
improve the conference's performance.
