Memory and Variable Management 97
ERR:ARCHIVE FULL Message
An ERR:ARCHIVE FULL message may be displayed:
• When there is insufficient space to archive a variable within a
continuous block and within a single sector.
• When there is insufficient space to store an application within a
continuous block of memory.
When the message is displayed, it will indicate the largest single space of
memory available for storing a variable and an application.
To resolve the problem, use the
GarbageCollect command to optimize
memory. If memory is still insufficient, you must delete variables or
applications to increase space.
Even if the MEMORY screen shows enough free
space to archive a variable or store an
application, you may still get an ERR: ARCHIVE
FULL
message.
