AC Power Cord and Connectors
In Europe, two conductors power cord must be VDE type, H05VVH2-F or
H03VVH2-F and for three conductors power cord must be VDE type,
H05VV-F. For the United States and Canada, two pin plug configuration
must be a 2-15P (250V) or 1-15P (125V) and three pin plug configuration
must be 6-15P (250V) or 5-15P (125V) as designated in the U.S. National
Electrical code handbook and the Canadian Electrical Code Part II. The
following illustrations show the plug shapes for the U.S.A. and Canada, the
United Kingdom, Australia, Europe and China.
