The value of the General Purpose Logging Version word is 0001h.
The logs at log addresses 80-9Fh shall each be defined as 16 sectors long.
11.8.43.2 Extended Comprehensive SMART Error log
The fpllowing table defines the format of each of the sectors that comprise the Extended Comprehensive
SMART error log. The size of the Extended Comprehensive SMART error log is 64 sectors. Error log data
structures shall include UNC errors, IDNF errors for which the address requested was valid, servo errors, write
fault errors, etc. Error log data structures shall not include errors attributed to the receipt of faulty commands
such as command codes not implemented by the device or requests with invalid parameters or invalid
addresses.
All 28-bit entries contained in the Comprehensive SMART log, defined under section 11.8.42.6.3, shall also be
included in the Extended Comprehensive SMART error log with the 48-bit entries.

11.8.43.2.1 Error log version
The value of the SMART error log version byte is 01h.
11.8.43.2.2 Error log index
The error log index indicates the error log data structure representing the most recent error. If there have been
no error log entries, the error log index is cleared to zero. Valid values for the error log index are zero to 255.
