3.10.7 Tender with [MEDIA NLU]
See the chart on page 3-38 for how the SPEED TENDER and PAY IN FULL
options work since the amount tendered cannot be entered prior to selecting the
pay type with the [MEDIA NLU] key.
Procedure
1. Enter item(s) or recall the check.
2. Press [MEDIA NLU].
3. Touch the media type wanted.
If SPEED TENDER is NO, screen prompts:
Enter amount:
4. Index the amount and press ENTER.
3.10.8 Over Tender to Tip with [MEDIA NLU]
Set SPEED TENDER and PAY IN FULL in Media Setup\Options to NO.
POST TO TIP in Media Setup\Change should be set to Cash Tips or Charge
Tips.
Procedure
1. Enter item(s) or recall the check.
2. Press [MEDIA NLU].
3. Screen prompts:
Enter amount:
4. Index the total amount received, including the amount of the tip.
5. Press ENTER.
3.10.9 Split Tender with [MEDIA NLU)
Set SPEED TENDER in Media Setup\Options to NO.
