Deleting a Specific Sender
A
Make sure that the machine is in
Facsimile mode and the standby
display is shown.
Note
❒ If the standby display is not
shown, press the {Facsimile}
key.

Enter the function number for
“Key Op. Settings” with the
number keys and press the {

key within 3 seconds.

❒ If “Key Op. Settings” is not
shown, press [↓

Enter the function number for
“Special RX Nos.” with the
number keys.
Note
❒ If “Special RX Nos.” is not
shown, press [↑

↑Prev.] or [↓
↓↓
↓Next].
E
Enter the function number for
“Delete Sender” with the number
keys.
F
Enter the number of the Specified
Sender you wish to delete with
the number keys.
Note
❒ If you make a mistake, press the
{Clear/Stop} key and try again.
G
Press [Yes].
Note
❒ If you press [No], the sender is
not deleted and the display
shown in step D appears again.
H
Press [Yes].
The sender is deleted.
