Take Apart Display Assembly & CPU Stiffener - 37
Important: Check that the
serial port EMI clip is
attached to the bottom of the
CPU stiffener. If it is
missing, replace the
stiffener. On international
units, also replace the
stiffener if the modem port
EMI clip is missing.
Replacement Note: Move
the display switch cable and
microphone cable forward
before reinstalling the
display assembly/CPU
stiffener unit. This will
prevent them from being
caught under the stiffener
