Field Description
❏ etherStatsCRCAlignErrors — the total number
of packets received that had a length (exclud-
ing framing bits, but including FCS octets) of
between 64 and 1518 octets, inclusive, but
were not an integral number of octets in
length or had a bad Frame Check Sequence
(FCS).
❏ etherStatsUndersizePkts — the total number
of packets received that were less than 64
octets long (excluding framing bits, but includ-
ing FCS octets) and were otherwise well
formed.
❏ etherStatsOversizePkts — the total number of
packets received that were longer than 1518
octets (excluding framing bits, but including
FCS octets) and were otherwise well formed.
❏ etherStatsFragments — the number of frames
received that were less than the minimum per-
mitted frame size and have a bad FCS or align-
ment error.
❏ etherStatsJabbers — the total number of
packets received that were longer than 1518
octets (excluding framing bits, but including
FCS octets), and were not an integral number
of octets in length or had a bad Frame Check
Sequence (FCS).
❏ etherStatsCollisions — the total number of
collisions.
❏ Datarate Mismatch — the number of errors
where the incoming data rate is not within the
tolerance level of 10Mhz (+ or - 0.01%).
❏ Short Events — the number of data bursts,
where data is less than 10 bytes in length.
❏ MauJabberLockups — the number of times
the repeater chip goes into a lockup state.
❏ Auto Partitions — the number of times the
port was automatically partitioned in response
to 31 or more continuous collisions.
❏ Bad Frames — the number of invalid frames.
❏ Readable Octets — the total number of octets
received from valid frames.
