The CN-5000 List window contains five fields:
Field Expalanation
Recording Determines whether the Log Server records the ticks for
this CN-5000, or not. If the Recording checkbox is checked,
the field displays Recording, and the ticks are recorded. If
the Recording checkbox is not checked, the field displays
Paused, and the ticks are not recorded.
Note: Even though a CN-5000 is not the currently selected
one, if its Recording checkbox is checked, the Log Server
will still record its ticks.
Address This is the IP Address or DNS name that was given to the
CN-5000 when it was added to the Log Server (see
Configure, p. 79).
Port This is the Port number assigned to the CN-5000 (see
Configure, p. 79).
Connection If the Log Server is connected to the CN-5000, this field
displays Connected.
If it is not connected, this field displays Waiting. This means
that the Log Server’s MAC address has not been set
properly. It needs to be set on the Network page of the
Administrator Utility (see p. 55).
Days This field displays the number of days that the CN-5000’s
events are to be kept in the Log Server’s database before
expiration (see Edit, p. 79).
Description This field displays the descriptive information given for the
CN-5000 when it was added to the Log Server (see
Configure, p. 79).
