Message Manager Plus
Message Manager Plus works as an additional enhancement of Message
Manager and provides you with Personal Mailbox and Voice-on-
Demand. Up to five Personal Mailboxes are available. Voice-on-Demand
stores voice information massages for someone calling you. These
memory boxes allow you to store voice messages that provide callers
with more information automatically and effectively, so you don’t have
to answer the call yourself.
Start with a Plan
Before you can record your outgoing messages (OGMs), you need a
plan. Decide what you will store in each Voice Information memory box
such as directions to your home or business, and the number you will
give it. Choose who will have a personal mailbox. Tell each person with
a personal mailbox to prepare to record an OGM and choose a four-digit
password.
Prepare one 2nd Level OGM that identifies the type of information in
each Voice Information memory box number and another 2nd Level
OGM that identifies the name and box number of each person with a
Personal Mailbox.
Finally, prepare a 1st Level OGM that identifies your company (or
family) and directs callers to either Voice-on-Demand (Voice
Information) or Personal Mailbox. Also explain they can just leave a
general voice message or send a general fax after the beep.
