Loading Paper (other than envelopes)
Load plain paper, heavy paper, or label sheets into the multi purpose tray in the
following procedure.
IMPORTANT
Data cannot be printed in the 5 mm border around the paper.

Open the multi purpose tray.
Grasp the handle in the mid-section of the printer to open the multi purpose tray.
IMPORTANT
•
Make sure that there are no obstacles in front of the printer before opening the
multi purpose tray.
•
Do not place anything other than the print media in the multi purpose tray.
Furthermore, avoid pressing or applying excessive force. It may result in damaging
the tray.
