Open the upper front cover.
Open the upper front cover by holding the handles on both sides with both hands
until it stops.
IMPORTANT
Perform the following procedure with the upper front cover open. Be careful not to
close the upper front cover accidentally.

Open the lower front cover.
Open the lower front cover with both hands until it stops.
IMPORTANT
Be sure that there are no obstacles in front of the printer before opening the lower
front cover.
