Remove the CPU
1. Place the CPU tool over the CPU (figure
3-10).
2. Place a screw driver in the open slot of
the CPU socket and move it to the left
(figure 3-11).
3. The CPU is now unlocked from the
socket so remove the CPU tool and lift
the CPU out of the Socket.
Reinstall the CPU
1. Place the CPU firmly in the socket.
2. Place the CPU tool over the CPU (figure 3-10)
3. Place a screwdriver in the close slot of the CPU socket figure (3-12) and move it to the right..
4. The CPU is now
locked into the socket
so remove the CPU
tool and reinstall the
heat sink.
