Steps
1. Disconnect the power cables from the power distribution board (PDB).
2. Remove the six screws securing the PDB to the chassis.
3. Lift the PDB up and out of the chassis.

Installing the power distribution board
Prerequisites

perform troubleshooting and simple repairs as authorized in your product documentation, or as
directed by the online or telephone service and support team. Damage due to servicing that is
not authorized by Dell is not covered by your warranty. Read and follow the safety instructions
that came with the product.
1. Ensure that you read the Safety instructions.
2. Keep the #2 Phillips screwdriver ready.
Steps
1. Align the screw holes on the power distribution board (PDB) with the holes on the chassis.
2. Secure the PDB on to the chassis using the six screws.
3. Connect the power cables to the PDB.
