The T1 interface provided on this equipment is classified by the FCC as an “XD” terminal device (T1 DSX-1

If this equipment causes harm to the telephone network, the telephone company will notify you in advance
that temporary discontinuance of the service may be required. But if advance notice isn't practical, the
telephone company will notify the customer as soon as possible. Also, you will be advised of your right to file
a complaint with the FCC if you believe it is necessary.
The telephone company may make changes in its facilities, equipment, operations, or procedures that could
affect the operation of the equipment. If this happens, the telephone company will provide advance notice in
order for you to make necessary modifications to maintain uninterrupted service.
To return a board for warranty repair or any other returns, please contact your Dialogic vendor from whom
you purchased the board or Dialogic Technical Services and Support (see http://www.dialogic.com/support/
contact/ for contact information). If the equipment is causing harm to the telephone network, the telephone
company may request that you disconnect the equipment until the problem is resolved.
Telephone companies report that electrical surges, typically lightning transients, are very destructive to
customer terminal equipment connected to AC power sources. The use of a surge arrestor on the AC line is
recommended.
