Function description:
Show the dynamic group member and their information.
Parameter description:
VID: VLAN identifier. When GVRP group creates, each dynamic
VLAN group owns its VID. Valid range is 1 ~ 4094.
Member Port: Those are the members belonging to the same dynamic
VLAN group.
