Installing the Software and Setting Up Printer
Sharing on a Macintosh
You need to install the drivers and utilities on any Macintosh that will print
to the EPSON Stylus Pro 7000. Make sure each Macintosh meets the
minimum system requirements. Then follow the procedure for installing the
software. Depending on your network configuration, you may also want to
set up printer sharing.
Checking System Requirements
The memory requirements listed in the following table are for printing a

33-inch
full-page color image. Requirements may vary, depending on
the size, complexity, and resolution of your images.
Installing the Software
Before you start, turn off all virus protection programs. See your anti-virus
software documentation for instructions. Then follow these steps to install
the printer software:
1. Insert the printer software CD-ROM.
2. Open the
Installer
folder and double-click the icon. Then follow the
instructions on the screen.
3. When you see the “installation complete” message, click
Restart.
4. After you restart, make sure you open the Chooser and select the printer.
