Symptom: In a Switch or Router running 07.8.03e
and 07.8.03d, an ACL configured with Rate Limit
can occasionally cause high CPU usage due to
traffic that is incorrectly coming to CPU. This
problem does not exist in patches prior to 07.8.03d.
Resolution: Fixed in this release.

Symptom: In a Router, a static MAC address
configured for a port is not updated on a Link Down
event, causing the MAC address to be available
even after the link is down.

with IP Routing and a large number of virtual routing
interfaces, sometimes, a system reset may occur if
a module is hot-swapped while traffic is being
