4.11 About the Recall Tab’s Output Setting Screen
On the Recall Tab’s Output Setting screen, you can configure the settings for
outputting stored copied data or secure output print jobs.

4.11.1 Keys on the setting screen
Button Function
Thumbnail Pressing this key displays a thumbnail of the selected file. For
more information of Thumbnail, refer to "Thumbnail" on Page
3-11.
File Check Pressing this key displays a list of settings of the selected file.
File Combination You can output all the selected files at once. At maximum, you
can combine 5 files at one time.
Image Combination You can output images of all the selected files at once. At
maximum, you can combine 5 files at one time.
File Delete Pressing this key deletes the selected file. On the confirmation
screen, press the [Yes] key to delete the file.
Clear All Reset all the output settings.
Wait Output After recalling data, the [MACHINE] tab’s screen appears. You
can change the setting. For more information, refer to "The
flow of operation of the Wait Output and Proof Output" on
Page 4-47.
Proof Output When a number of copies are printed, the [MACHINE] tab’s
screen appears after printing one copy. If you see no problem,
press the [Start] button to restart the output. For more infor-
mation, refer to "The flow of operation of the Wait Output and
Proof Output" on Page 4-47.
