Program the Destination Numbers
Collect the contact numbers for the destination machines to
which you will forward the relay fax.
Each number must be programmed into your machine as a
Speed Dial.
See “Programming Speed Dial Numbers.”
Create the Destination Group(s)
The Speed Dial numbers of the contact numbers (of the
destination machines) must be programmed as a group or
groups in your machine.
See “Sending a Fax to Multiple Locations, Group Faxing.”
You must provide the two-digit group number(s) to the relay
initiating station.
Create the Relay Password
To program the Relay Password
1 Press Menu/Exit to enter the menu.
2 Press ᮢ to select Setup, press Enter.
3 Press ᮢ to select ID Password, press Enter.
4 Enter the the 4-digit relay password, press Enter.
5 Press Menu/Exit to return to standby mode.
You must provide this password to the relay initiating
station.
