One-Touch Speed Dials
For quick and easy faxing operations, you can store up to 80
telephone numbers in the machine’s memory and send
documents to a fax number by pressing a single key.
Your fax machine is equipped with 80 one-touch keys.
The first 40 are accessed directly from the “top” of the
control panel. The second 40 are accessed by lifting the
panel the reach the “bottom” of the control panel. Two 40-
digit numbers can be programmed to each one-touch key, a
primary number and an alternative number that is used if the
primary number is busy or goes unanswered. You can also
enter a 15 character location ID (name) for each key.

The One Touch Sheet(s) provide space for Speed Dial
numbers 1 through 80. For Speed Dials 81 and above,
program the number(s) and print the Telephone
Directory. See “Reports, Telephone Directory.”
