Reference lists and reports
You can print out the following lists and
reports for your reference.
Basic feature list:
provides you with the current settings of the
basic programming features (page 70).
Advanced feature list:
provides you with the current settings of the
advanced programming features (page 72).
Telephone number list:
provides you with names and telephone
numbers which are stored in the directory
(page 27).
Journal report:
keeps records of fax transmission and
reception. This report will be printed
automatically after every 35 fax
communications (feature #22 on page 72).
Caller ID list:
keeps records of the last 20 callers after
subscribing to a Caller ID service. This
report will be printed automatically after
every 20 callers (page 33).
1 Press {MENU} repeatedly until the
following is displayed.
PRINT REPORT
2 Press {SET}.
3 Press {<} or {>} until the desired
item is displayed.

4 Press {SET} to start printing.
PRINTING
L To stop printing, press {STOP}.
5 Press {MENU}.
