Startup
If security requiring logins has been set up, follow the instructions in
Logging In
below. Otherwise, follow the instructions in
Starting a Session
on page 8-2.
Logging In
When there is no contention for the user interface and a login is required, you are
presented with the Login screen. Up to 10 characters can be entered in the
Login ID and Password fields. Valid characters include the following:
H 0 through 9
H a through z
H A through Z
" Procedure
To log in:
1. Enter your assigned login ID, and press Return.
2. Enter your password, and press Return.
An asterisk (*) appears in the field for each character entered.
