Canceling Polling Transmission Files
Type I Models
1. Press the Function key and 2,3 using
the ten keypad, then press the Yes key.
❐ To print a list of files, press the key and the Start
key.
2. Either:
❐ If you do not know the file number :
Scroll though the file numbers with
the key until the required file ap-
pears. Then press the Yes key.
❐ If you know the file number: Input it
directly. Example: File Number
013, press 0,1,3 using the ten key-
pad, then press the Yes key.
3. Either
❐ Erase the file : Press the Yes key.
❐ Keep the file : Press the No key.
4. Either:
❐ Erase another file: Press the Yes
key and go to step 2.
❐ Finish: Press the Function key.
Type II Models
When you want to use the machine when the document has been set in the
document feeder:Take out the document from the document feeder. The
transmission is automatically canceled.
Options for Polling Transmission
When you set a document in the document feeder or store the document in the
memory for Polling Transmission, you also have the following options.
❐ TTI On/ Off
❐ Page Count
1. Press the key until the required option
is displayed. Example: TTI option.
2. Press the Yes key.
