Entering an E-mail Address
When using Internet Fax transmis-
sion, specify the e-mail address in
place of the fax number. See p.51 “In-
ternet Fax Functions (by E-Mail)”.

❒ You can enter up to 128 characters.

tion to e-mail address.

Press [Manual Input].

❒ You can manually enter the des-
tination using the ten keys.

Enter the e-mail address destina-
tion and then press [OK].
Note
❒ If you enter an incorrect charac-
ter, press [Backspace] or [Delete
All]. Then, re-enter the charac-
ters correctly.
❒ To change the e-mail address af-
ter pressing [OK], press [Edit
Dest.], re-enter an e-mail ad-
dress, and then press [OK].

Entering an IP-Fax Destination
When using IP-Fax transmission,
specify the IP-Fax destination (IP ad-
dress, host name, or alias telephone
number) in place of the fax number.
