Check whether there are any
network problems.
[14-01]
Cannot find the DNS server, SMTP server or
folder for transfer.
Check the DNS server is correctly pro-
grammed using the Web browser. See the
Web browser's Help.
Check the SMTP server's IP address and
host name are correctly programmed using
the Web browser. See the Web browser's
Help.
Check that the login user ID and password
for folder authentication in Authentication
Information are correctly programmed.
See Registering a Folder, General Settings
Guide.
Check the SMTP server is correctly pro-
grammed using the Web browser. See the
Web browser's Help.
Check the folder for transfer is correctly
specified.
Check the PC in which the folder for trans-
fer is specified is operating correctly.
Check the LAN cable is correctly connected
to the machine. See Connection and Set-
up, Network Guide.
Consult your network administrator.
