3. Open the Label Hold-Down by disengaging the latch. The Label Hold-Down is
spring loaded and will stay in the up position. Two rectangular holes will be
visible underneath the Label Hold-Down when it is raised. These are located
approximately 1 and 2 inches in from the printer side plate.
4. Apply SATO Thermal Print Head Cleaner to one of the cotton swabs.
5. Use the cotton swab to clean any foreign matter from the exposed surface of the
sensors.
REPLACING THE FUSE CL608 and CL612
Supplies needed: 250V 3A Fuse
1. Turn the printer power off and remove the power cable.
2. On the back of the printer, locate the Fuse Cap
directly above the AC connector.
3. Unscrew the cap and remove the defective fuse.
4. Replace with a new 250V 3A fuse.
5. Screw the cap back onto the printer and replace the
power cord.
