Troubleshooting Your Interactive Whiteboard System

System Warning Lights
Extended Control Panel (ECP) Ready Light and System Status
The ECP ready light is located on the ECP’s main power button. This button also functions as your status
warning light.
Ready light Status
Off The projector system is not receiving power. Check your power cord
and power supply. If nothing changes after checking your power cord,
power supply and main power switch at the back of the projector, call your
authorized SMART reseller to solve the problem.
Solid amber The projector is receiving power but it is in Standby mode.
Flashing green The projector is receiving power and is starting up.
Solid green The interactive whiteboard system is on.
Flashing amber The interactive whiteboard system is cooling down and preparing to enter
Standby mode.
