TheTVP5154EVMevaluationmoduleisaprintedcircuitboarddesignedforevaluationoftheTVP5154
quadvideodecoder.TheboardincludestheTMS320DM642digitalsignalprocessor(DSP)andis
designedwitha120-pinconnector,whichallowsaconnectiontomultiplebackends;theevaluationmodule
(EVM)isshippedwithaprofessionalencodermodule.Theboardisdesignedtoprovideeaseofuse,while
allowingfullevaluationofthevideodecoder.

applicationprovidestheuserinterfaceforperformingregister-levelandhigh-levelcontroloftheTVP5154
videodecoderandthevideoencoder.
