<vpi> Virtual Path Identifier for the ATM connection.
<vci> Virtual Circuit Identifier for the ATM connection.
<flow_type> Specifies segment (seg) or end-to-end (ete).
<LLID> The loopback identifer. This is specified as 32 hex digits. The default is:
