Job Limit Policy - DC332/340
This feature sets machine behavior when the users account
limit has been reached. When the limit is reached, the
machine will either stop the current job immediately or let the
job finish and go over the limit.
Access Auditron Setups as described on Page 6-2.
Touch the Internal Auditron button.
Terminate Immediately the machine will stop the job as soon as the account limit has
been reached. For the Copy feature, any pages committed
to print will be allowed to print. Therefore the account limit
may be exceeded. The maximum number of pages allowed
after the limit has been reached is three pages. For Scan
and Fax jobs, no extra pages are allowed beyond the
account limit.
Terminate on Job Boundary the machine allows the current job to be completed. No
further jobs are allowed until the limit is increased or the
counter reset.
