Setup and Use of Job Flow Sheets with Folders
Overview
Job flow is a feature for executing a series of registered actions.
The target of a job flow is documents stored in a Folder.
Two methods are available:
Automatically start a job flow when a document is stored in a Folder
Select a job flow to manually act on documents stored in a Folder.
To start a job flow, you must link the job flow sheet to a Folder, or to documents within a Folder.
Documents are then processed as specified on the job flow sheet.
To automatically document processing in a Folder with a job flow sheet, see Creating a Folder and
Linking to a Job Flow Sheet (for Automatic Processing) on page 134.
To manually link document processing in a Folder with a job flow sheet, see Manually Linking to a Job
Flow Sheet to Documents in a Folder on page 135.
