Graph
This menu allows you to view real-time statistical information — in a
graph format — on the SuperStack II Switch 1000, one of its VLAN
groups, or one of its ports.
Table 6-11 describes each field in the Graph menu.

Field Description
Seconds Drop-down menu; specifies the amount of time (in
seconds) that the device is polled for information.
Statistics Drop-down menu; determines the object for which
statistics are gathered.
Device Statistics
❏ Readable Frames — displays the total number
of good or readable frames (frames without
error).
❏ Unicast Frames — displays the number of
frames seen by the card that is addressed to a
unicast (non-card) address.
❏ Broadcast Frames — displays the total num-
ber of frames that were successfully received
and were directed to the broadcast group
address.
❏ FCS Errors — displays the number of frames
that failed Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC).
❏ Alignment Errors — displays the number of
frames that were an integral number of octets
in length and did not pass the FCS check.
❏ FramesTooLong — displays the number of
frames that exceeded 1,518 bytes.
❏ Short Events — displays the number of data
bursts (data less than 10 bytes in length).
❏ Runts — displays the number of frames
shorter than 64 bytes.
❏ TX Collision — displays the total number of
collisions that occurred when transmitting
from the device.
