4.4 VLAN Setting
The switch supports Tag-based VLAN (802.1Q) and Port-based VLAN. It supports 4094 active VLANs and VLAN ID 1–
4094. VLAN configuration is used to partition your LAN into small ones ad needed. By properly configuring it, you will
impove security and increase performance but greatly reduce VLAN management.
4.4.1 VLAN Mode
Function name: VLAN Mode
Function description: Choose which VLAN mode you want to configure. The switch supports Port-based and Tag-based.

4.4.2 Port-based VLAN— VLAN Member
Function name: VLAN Member
Function description: When you enable Port-based VLAN, you need to configure VLAN members for each port.
Parameter description: Port Number: Choose which port you want to add Port-based VLAN group to and configure.
Member Selection: Select the member ports you want to add to the specified VLAN group.
VLAN Member List: In the bottom of the screen, the system will show the current Port-based VLAN Groups and members
list.
