Push the side paper guides out a little wider than the actual
width of the paper.

Load the envelopes with the printing surface facing up and
the flaps closed and on the left side, then gently insert them
all the way to the back of the tray.
Make sure that the envelopes passes under the paper limit guides.
CAUTION
When loading envelopes, be careful not to cut your hands with the edges
of the envelopes.
IMPORTANT
•
You cannot print on the reverse side (glued side) of envelopes.
•
Load the stack of envelopes straight.
•
If the leading edges of the envelopes are curled or folded at the corners, flatten
them out before loading.
